Volunteer with Clover Hill Baseball
We are still in great need of your support. We are 100% a volunteer organization and are always looking for willing and eager members of the community to assist in various roles and functions to operate a successful league.
Your support on the board or participation on the committees is what this organization needs in order to continue to grow and prosper.
If you have experience or simply an interest in any of the areas listed below and are looking to get more involved, please let us know.
Social Coordinator/Committee Chair - The committee is responsible for organizing League activities such as opening day, spring picnic, special events such as tournaments, and opportunities that promote community awareness and involvement (such as soup drives, coat drives, and recycling events).
Volunteer Coordinator/Committee Chair – The committee is responsible for organizing volunteer support and activities required for the organization. S/he will coordinate and work with the Team Moms to secure volunteers needed for concessions, field preparation, and clean-up for games and FBCH-sponsored events at our home field.
Concession Coordinator/Committee Chair – The committee is responsible for oversight of concession stand operations including menu planning and coordinating and purchasing the necessary supplies for scheduled home games and sponsored tournaments/events at our home field. The committee chair coordinates with the volunteer coordinator to ensure volunteers are secured to support events.
Fundraising Coordinator/Committee Chair – The committee coordinator is responsible for establishing, coordinating, promoting, and administering all fundraising activities for the league.
Field Maintenance Coordinator/Committee Chair – The committee is responsible for securing the materials required to keep the fields in optimal playing condition and ensuring the maintenance of the fields throughout the season. S/he is responsible for scheduling the opening and closing of field activities each season.
Sponsorship Coordinator/Committee Chair – The committee is responsible for establishing, coordinating and promoting partnerships with businesses and service organizations. The chair is responsible for soliciting and securing local sponsorships to support league operations through funding or other types of donations and coordinating with the fundraising committee to organize sponsor-focused fundraising activities.
